A new link between medin and the formation of vascular amyloid in Alzheimer’s disease

We are very proud to have contributed five co-authors to a publication in Nature.

The paper shows that medin, the most common amyloid currently known, can seed the amyloid aggregation of amyloid-beta, contributing to the vascular deposition of amyloid fibres.
